"Signed up and cancelled 6 mos later. I got enough paper mailings in that short time to account for at least a whole tree. I couldn't get a callback for months as each time they would say they were checking on it and would get back to me then...nothing. I paid in full for 6 months and somehow spent that time trying to sort out a random charge after the fact that nobody could explain for months. In the end, they stayed course and got the money that SF I'm sure sorely needed despite me paying in full at the start. Out of all those interactions, I didn't deal with Rochelle until the very end. She was supposedly waiting on someone within the company to get back to her that apparently ignored her for weeks. I struggle to believe that is a thing. You can't hold them to a quote even after paying, but if the situation is reversed it's legally binding. You likely will be dealing with her assistant Reagen so talk slow. The national call center even questioned why my policies were set to different terms even though I started them all on the same day. I don't intend to be mean, I just picked up that Reagen may have an uphill battle with numbers. Her "assistant is always right approach" exemplifies State Farm's customer service as a whole. The image doesn't do it justice as to how many trees were killed in the making of this short-lived headache. In the end, I cancelled and they got their money before they mailed me a check, so alas State Farm can afford to put food on their plate, so in the end my experience was heartwarming. LOOK ELSEWHERE"

"We recently had some issues dealing with a claim that drug out for months. I was at the end of my patience trying to get it finalized. With the help of Rochelle and her team, it was taken care of in less than an hour. We are not local to their office, but they are always friendly and helpful, and a phone call or email away. We couldn't ask for a better agent; she has an amazing team!"
